Registration Timeline
- Registration opens September 1, 2007. Participants will be admitted in the order received. A $100 per participant deposit will be required at this time. Registration Form Equipment Survey
- **Registration extended until camp is filled or April 1st!***
- Registrations confirmed within two weeks of receipt
- Once deposit is received Part 1 of the Patrol Manual is sent out
- Confirmation letter sent to patrols with patrol and participant numbers - January 2008
- Offsite and Workshop information out to patrols January 2008
- Individual Off Site, Service Project and Work Shop form due March 15, 2008 (if you register after 3/15, complete and submit this form as soon as possible)
- Payment in full of the registration amount due - April 15, 2008

Forms to be completed on line and submitted via email:
- Shuttle Bus Reservation Form
- Equipment Request Form
- T-Shirt Order Form (for girls, adults, and volunteers)
- Confirmations of off sites and workshops along with Patrol Manual Part 2 available on-line and emailed to patrol leaders in April 2008
- Offsite and Workshop payments due - May 15, 2008
- Patrol Manual Part 3 available in Late Spring
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations will be accepted after January 3, 2008
- Cancellations received prior to January 3, 2008 will be subject to a $25.00 per person handling fee
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email or mail)
