relate to the Membership Extension/Retention, People of Color
Recruitment/Retention, and Family Campaign Fundraising efforts. |

Attend quarterly Save The Bay meetings at council and share information with the Service Unit. |

Help organize troops with School Organizers. Review and approve trip
approval forms. Answer questions about troop issues and Girl Scout
Policy. Keep a record of continuing and disbanding troops. Work with the
Placement List Coordinator to place girls. |

Directs the work of the organizing troops and supporting
leaders within the Service Unit. |

Act as the Girl Scout representative for a school. Distribute Girl Scout
flyers, organize troops, and set up parent information meetings with the

Assist the Day Camp Administrator and Day Camp Directors by coordinating the volunteer staff. This requires that you work with the Directors to understand their staffing needs for the week and to work with the volunteers to be sure that they understand what is required of them and that they have met the required training hours. |
